The Indo-China Ethnic Chinese Association of Victoria Inc. (ICECA) was established in 1981 by an ethnic Chinese group from Indo-China. It is a registered non-profit, non-political, and non religious community based organization.

Objective of Services:

• To assist ethnic Chinese new-arrivals to settle in Australia.
• To provide casework, crisis intervention and counseling services to our clients.
• To facilitate the access of our clients to mainstream government and non government services.
• To enhance the well-being and social functioning of isolated / disadvantaged ethnic Chinese migrants and to facilitate their integration into the Australian Community.
• To enhance the cross-cultural awareness of society at large.

Youth Development is one of ICECA's focused areas. Through recreational and social activities, community services, seminars, youth group, Chinese migrant youth are assisted in self-development and integration with mainstream society.
